Often times there are a handful of questions which come up much more often than others, and questions that almost everyone faces sooner or later. Our knowledgebase aims to address these questions, providing you with quick access to the answers you need the most.

Nalpeiron has produced a support application called License Advisor, to make problem diagnosis easier.  It is available as a support tool to help decide a course of action when end uses complain of losing use of a product.  Its main purpose is to gather information surrounding all aspects of the licensing process on that computer. License Advisor should be run together with Belarc Advisor, and both sets of files returned to Nalpeiron Tech Support, along with the license number issues to that end user and a screen shot of the control panel showing how that license number was used.
